What is Mine: Film screening by young people with diabetes
Join us for a showcase of films created by young people with diabetes on Helium’s community filmmaking project at IMC Cinema Athlone on Saturday 14th September.
We are excited to present the premiere of What is Mine, a curious tale of one man’s inheritance and a coveted spoon, filmed by 10 teenagers in historic locations around Athlone last December as part of Helium’s SNAP! film project.
The screening will also include:
- A documentary going behind the scenes on the SNAP! film project
- A showcase of short shorts created by teenagers on our film workshop with Diabetes Ireland in 2017
- Q&A with SNAP! participants
- A chance to mingle over snacks and refreshments
