Watch ‘The Forge’ – the latest film from the Two Suitcases Project

When childhood friends Brian (Ciaran Whitehead) and Tadhg (Stephen O’Driscoll) drift apart in secondary school, Brian takes his revenge through a virtual role-playing game, both teenagers losing something of their real selves as they become more entwined with their online characters…

The Forge was devised, filmed and acted by participants of the Two Suitcases Project in collaboration with young actors from Stage 51 Drama School. The film was shot at the Irish Museum of Modern Art in autumn 2013 during the third phase of the Two Suitcases project.
