Helium Arts is seeking a Fundraising Assistant – JobBridge internship scheme

Helium is now seeking a motivated, versatile individual to take up the role of Fundraising Assistant. This is a nine-month position and is open to those eligible for a JobBridge Internship. The successful candidate will work 30 hours per week between the Mullingar office and working online from home. Working hours are flexible. The Intern will work alongside Helium’s management team, which collaborates online.

Internship Description
The successful candidate will support the CEO/Artistic Director and Development Coordinator to carry out a number of fundraising maintenance tasks: supporting the process of making applications to key grant makers, identifying new grant and fundraising opportunities and maintaining fundraising related databases and communications activities. A small library of fundraising guides will be available to the Intern, with time to absorb methods of best practice. Helium will endeavor to alert the Intern to any out of office training opportunities, as they arise, which the Intern is welcome to attend during working hours.
