Helium wins GSK Ireland IMPACT Award

Helium is delighted to announce that we have won a 2015 GSK Ireland IMPACT Award. This is the first time the award has been given in Ireland.

The GSK Ireland IMPACT Awards are designed to recognise and reward community-based charities that are doing excellent work to improve people’s health and wellbeing in Ireland.

The awards ceremony will take place on Thursday, 22 October 2015 at The Science Gallery, Trinity College, Dublin.

Congratulations to our fellow winners, The Migraine Association of Ireland, MyMind, Sonas apc and the Village Counselling Service, and to runners up Amen Support Services, Move 4 Parkinsons’s Nurture, One in Four and Sensational Kids.

Thank you to the amazing Toucan Productions who created a short film about our work which will be shown at the awards ceremony. It was a real pleasure to film with Sally and her team. A special thank you to Evelyn Griffith from CanTeen Ireland, Lisa Comer, CanTeen member, and Olive Kelly from Temple Street who took part in the interviews. Check out the behind-the-scenes action at our film shoot.
