New Helium Arts Volunteer Listings – Summer 2016
There are 100,000 children and teenagers living every day with the effects of chronic and serious illness in Ireland. Helium Arts brings positivity to these children’s lives through award-winning, age-appropriate participatory arts programmes. Our programmes empower children to express their experiences in new and imaginative ways, and in turn help them to rise above negative emotions. Our vision is that all children whose lives are restricted by illness are enabled to use their inner creative resourcefulness.
