Helium Arts is looking for a new Board Member with significant financial management / accounting experience

Helium Arts is looking for a new Board Member with significant financial management / accounting experience to provide direction and guidance to the board in relation to financial management matters including annual accounts, budgeting, and reporting to funders. The board member must also have an understanding of the not-for-profit and arts sectors.

All board members are encouraged to be involved in the organisation’s fundraising activities in consultation with the CEO. You will be part of a strong and experienced team. Helium publishes its audited accounts on its website.

This position would be ideal for a qualified accountant interested in corporate governance and board directorships.
