Helium Arts Seeks an Operations Coordinator (part-time)
The role of Operations Coordinator is to support the administration and implementation of the operations function of the organisation. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of our head office in Mullingar, providing general administrative support across the organisation, and practical operational support to our programmes and departments. A key responsibility will be to support the delivery of our new five year strategy which will double the reach and impact of our programme by 2027, working closely with the Programme and Operations Manager, the CEO, and the administrative team to ensure excellent governance, systems, and resource management. This three day a week role has scope to develop and grow as Helium Arts expands to fulfil its mission. This role is based in Mullingar with flexible working arrangements but limited remote working opportunities due to the nature of the role in ensuring the smooth day to day running of the head office in Westmeath.
