This is a new role within the Development Team, ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, coordinating events, and creating engaging supporter experiences that deliver real impact for children living with long-term health conditions.
Key Details:
- Contract: 12-month fixed-term (with potential to extend depending on funding)
- Hours: Part-time, 4 days/32 hours a week with flexible working hours. (3 days/24 hours a week would be considered for the right candidate)
- Location: Remote, with monthly travel (Dublin-based preferred)
- Reports to: Head of Development

The Role:
- Manage and grow corporate partnerships and donor relationships
- Support new business development through pitches, proposals and events
- Coordinate corporate, community and fundraising events
- Deliver engaging supporter communications and stewardship activities
- Track fundraising activity and maintain accurate donor records (CRM)
- Work collaboratively across teams to achieve income targets
Skills and Experience Required:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in fundraising, donor care or a related role
- Strong relationship-building, communication and presentation skills
- Experience working with corporate partners or donors
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot desirable)
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel and support events as required
