I am a VOLUNTEER
We are currently recruiting volunteers to join us in facilitating our 2024 Workshops.
The workshops will take place in a number of different locations throughout the year including Ennis, Mallow, Cork City, Limerick City, Galway City and Dublin City.
We have opportunities to work with different age groups also including ages 8-12 and ages 13-16.
“When I first heard about the opportunity with Helium Arts, I just knew this was for me. I’m studying to be a nurse and have spent time on wards with children who have lifelong health conditions. But I only see them when they’re in hospital
for treatment. My time with Helium Arts would be a chance to see them outside of the hospital, when they’re being children, not just patients.”
Our volunteers do amazing work, bringing fun and creativity to the general public at events across the country. Your enthusiasm and energy can make a big difference!
Working with artists, your role as a volunteer will be to assist them in ensuring that all children have the best possible experience during their time participating in Helium Arts activities. The right volunteer will be friendly, intuitive, proactive and have experience and enjoy working with children.
