HOW TO REGISTER
- Choose your location from the links below
- Follow the appropriate link and complete the online registration form. Once registered, our family liaison will be in contact to confirm eligibility.
- Once we have processed your information and the eligibility process is complete, we will inform you of available workshops in your area.
Workshop spaces will be limited, so begin the online registration process today!
The deadline for completing the registration process and then booking a workshop is Monday 14 February 2022.
Please note that this is a registration of interest form only. Completion of this form does not guarantee that a child will be offered a place in an upcoming workshop.

The Mid West Creative Health Hub serves families in Limerick City, Limerick County, Clare, and Tipperary.

The Creative Health Hub West serves families in Galway city and county, Mayo, and Roscommon.
Register for the Remote Creative Health Here
The Remote Creative Health Hub serves families and young people nationwide who cannot reach our in-person Creative Health Hubs. Please note that no remote programming is currently planned for Spring 2022.
