Join our free online Saturday youth meet-ups, designed for ages 13-16, and connect from the comfort of your home!
This programme is suitable for young people (ages 13-16), with a lifelong physical health condition.
These workshops will take place on one Saturday each month throughout the year, with additional dates to be announced.
How to Register
Are you new to Helium Arts? Register in 3 easy steps: Fill out the ‘Sign Up’ form, we’ll get in touch, and confirm your place!
Returning participant? You don’t need to sign up again. Just email hello@helium.ie to let us know you’d like to join these workshops!
Supported conditions include diabetes, epilepsy, asthma, juvenile arthritis, heart conditions, spina bifida, hydrocephalus, cystic fibrosis, cerebral palsy, allergies, rare and complex conditions and more.
What’s Involved?
These workshops consist of interactive sessions carried out over Zoom. During these sessions, you will receive activities that encourage creativity and connect you with other young people who have similar life experiences. The time between the live sessions can be used for catching up or further immersing yourself in your project or activity at your own pace throughout the week.
Participants will receive art materials by post along with inspirational digital resources, demos, and tips from the artist.
