Dates: 8 March – 12 April (Six Saturday Sessions)
Easter Camps (Ages 8-12)
Locations: Ennis, Mallow, Nenagh, and more (TBA)
Dates: 15-17 April (3-Day Camps)
Distance Creates Online Programme (Ages 6-16)

What’s Involved?
Helium Arts runs free, fun, and creative art workshops for children and young people aged 6–16 with lifelong physical health conditions.
Whether in-person or online, you’ll get to try cool activities, learn new skills and make amazing art with the support of professional artists. It’s a chance to meet new friends, have fun and explore your creativity all year round.
With onsite medical support and dedicated volunteers, you’ll feel safe and cared for throughout the experience.
Supported conditions include diabetes, epilepsy, cystic fibrosis, allergies, heart conditions, asthma, spina bifida, juvenile arthritis, rare or complex conditions and many more.
Locations include Cork, Dublin, Galway, Limerick, Mallow, Ennis, Nenagh and more to be announced!

Types of Helium Arts Workshops:
No matter where you are, there’s a workshop for you!
1. Youth In-Person Programme (Ages 13-16)
Join monthly Saturday meet-ups in Cork, Dublin, Galway, or Limerick. Get creative with fun activities like printmaking, painting, drawing, photography, animation, and more!
2. Community In-Person Programme (Ages 8-12)
Take part in Saturday workshops in Cork, Dublin, Galway, or Limerick, or join 3-day Easter camps in places like Ennis, Mallow, and Nenagh (with more locations to be announced!). Explore activities like photography, puppetry, sculpture, filmmaking, and more.
3. Distance Creates Online Programme
Ages 6-12: Get a free art box delivered straight to your door, plus weekly emails with fun creative packs! Join online sessions filled with exciting activities and loads of creative fun!
Ages 13-16: Join interactive Zoom sessions, where you’ll create amazing art with materials sent to you and work at your own pace with tips from professional artists.
