Helium Arts is Seeking to Employ a Programme Administrator (part-time) in Mullingar

Helium Arts is seeking to employ a Programme Administrator, this 16 hour a week position is based in the Mullingar office with some opportunity for remote working.

The Programme Administrator will be a highly organised person with great attention to detail, a high level of computer literacy particularly an advanced level of Google Workspace – Docs, Sheets, Slides and Microsoft Excel; as well as flexible and capable of managing competing priorities within their workload. The Programme Administrator will support the smooth running of community and hospital programmes.

Deadline for Applications: Wednesday the 21st of February at 5pm

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to a first round interview on Zoom during the week beginning 26th February, with some candidates being invited to a second round interview in person in Mullingar during the week beginning 4th March. NB not all shortlisted candidates will be invited to second round interviews.
