The Governance Code is a Code of Practice for Good Governance of Community, Voluntary and Charitable Organisations in Ireland.
Governance refers to how an organisation is run, directed and controlled. Good governance is the measure that Helium is rightly held against by its donors, the public and all those who trust us. Having the highest standards shows those who support us that we are accountable and transparent. We take this responsibility very seriously.

We are fully compliant to the Charities Governance Code (as set out by the Charities Regulator in 2018). -

We comply with the Charities Act and are registered with the Charities Regulatory Authority, Ireland’s national statutory regulatory agency for charitable organisations. -
