Our Mission
Our Mission
We are working to generate creative encounters for children with long term health conditions to improve wellbeing and creativity.
Our Vision
An Ireland, where all children are connected to their creative powers so they can live life to the full.
Our Values
-
Care
Our Care for children and their families is demonstrated in how we listen, and how we act, how we strive for increased inclusivity, and how we work as a team. -
Integrity
The Integrity of our organisation is demonstrated through how we share our learning, how we report to our stakeholders and how we maintain high quality standards. -
Creativity
Creativity drives every aspect of how we work with children and with each other. We demonstrate this through our training, our processes and our championing of the child’s voice.
Children who take part can be connected with our regular community and online workshops — in a local venue or from home — so their creative journey continues beyond the hospital.
Our Commitment to Inclusion
Putting all children at the heart of what we do
We believe that every child is inherently creative. Our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Policy underpins all of our work. We are committed to providing safe, positive and inclusive environments for all. We support all children and young people living with long-term health conditions – of every race, ethnicity, gender, gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, socio-economic status, and religion – in accessing creative encounters and improving their wellbeing.
