Join our Team as Digital Transformation Manager (4 days a week)

Helium is seeking a motivated, experienced and highly organised person to fulfil the role of Digital Transformation Manager. This role will play a key role in supporting Helium to deliver its most strategic ambitions to date, in line with our values to be impact driven, visionary and authentic. Throughout a three year project duration, the role of Digital Transformation Manager is a key position, project managing and leading the design of a future-state digital architecture, integrating Finance, HR, Board Management and Governance / Compliance / Risk systems with HubSpot and Xero. Activities include process re-engineering, integration planning, security protocol design, consideration of AI-enabled tools and opportunities for automation, and development of a Change Management and Training Plan.

As Digital Transformation Manager, reporting to Head of Operations, you will be a champion for digital transformation, innovation and technology enablement, including the effective and responsible adoption of AI-enabled tools. You will work closely with all teams to understand their needs, drive effective use of technology and identify opportunities to improve efficiency, processes and ways of working. 

Key Details:

  • Contract: Three years
  • Hours: 32 hours per week (4 days) with flexible working arrangements
  • Salary: €37,350 gross per annum for 4 days per week (€46,687FTE)
  • Location: Hybrid 
  • Round One Interview: Online Thursday 29th October 2026
