This is a hands-on, relationship-led position with responsibility for managing the corporate fundraising pipeline and agreed income targets. The successful candidate will identify and research prospects, build relationships, develop proposals and pitches, and support partnerships from initial engagement through to activation and stewardship.
A key priority will be to grow Helium’s corporate partnerships regionally, with travel to hubs in Cork, Limerick, Galway and Dublin to identify local opportunities and build relationships.
Helium is looking for a motivated, people-focused fundraiser or relationship- development professional with experience in areas such as fundraising, business
development, account management, sales, B2B marketing or partnership development. Strong communication, relationship building and organisational skills will be important, along with the confidence to develop proposals, present opportunities, network and work towards targets.
Key Details:
- Salary: €24,000–€27,000 per annum for 3 days per week (€40,000–€45,000 FTE).
- Contract: 2-year fixed-term contract, with the expectation that the role will continue subject to funding.
- Hours: Part-time, 3 days / 24 hours per week
- Location: Hybrid. The successful candidate will work from home, with travel to Helium’s Mullingar office once per quarter and to regional hubs in Cork, Limerick, Galway and Dublin as required.
